Appetisers
A feast for eyes as much as the belly, the mixed seafood plate is a massive serving of every kind of succulent shellfish.
You can also try a range of tasty tapas as a starter, often seafood based too but favourites like Spanish omelette, mixed meats and chorizo can be found in most places.
Main Courses
Sharing Paella from a traditional Paella dish, cooked to special Valencian recipes, is highly recommended and there are also meat and vegetarian alternatives of this rich delicious dish.
Another local rice speciality is Arroz Caldoso, a combination of fresh mullet and sweet tender pumpkin done to perfection.
If you’ve discovered some tapas that you love then ask for a larger portion for your main meal.

If you like almonds don’t miss the opportunity to taste a slice of wonderful moist almond cake or try any of the sweet nougat or honey based desserts.
